Now that you have your own business, you will need to do your own record keeping to help you stay organized, efficient, and professional. Having these three products will allow you to have easy access to your records long-term and keep all your clients, agents, and affiliates happy.
You can purchase the most affordable of these options and if you already have a printer, then there is no need to purchase another one, but Laser printers are known for allowing a lot more printed pages per ink cartridge. So they can be very cost-effective.
The (4) 3-ring aluminum binders will need to be labeled.

Clients Binder
This book binder will be used to keep your records of all your clients. There is a clients information form file posted below. Please download it and print off as many as you need for your clients. Then hole punch them and place them in your Clients Binder. Once you fill these forms out for your clients, you will easily be able to flip through this information and see where you are with your clients. Keep track of their contact info and if they had a zoom meeting, received an email, enrolled, or are just interested (this info will be marked for you on the sheet).
This way if there is someone you contacted a month ago, but never got enrolled, you can reach out again. Or if you need a reminder to send them an email each month or invite them to a ZOOM meeting, you will have a way to keep track of your progress. Or if they are already enrolled in the Credit Restoration Program, you may want to contact them again to tell them about the opportunity to become a franchise Business Owner with UWE/FES.
Please put a large label on the front of the binder that says Clients. I have one downloadable file in Word form and the other in PDF, but they are the same form. If you need to make any changes, you can make changes to the Word file.
Business Owner Agent Binder
This book binder will be to keep your records of all your Business Owner Agents. There is a agents information form, you can print out and fill out for all of your agents, then you will be able to flip through and see what agents are interested, which ones have attended ZOOM, and which ones are enrolled. This way if there is someone you contacted a month ago, but never got enrolled, you can reach out again. Or if you need a reminder to send a newly enrolled agent new training update emails each month, you will have a way to keep track of your progress.
Please download this Agent Information form to your computer and print it out as many times as you need as your business grows. And then you will hole punch it and put it in your binder. Business Partner Affiliates Binder
This book binder will be to keep your records of all your business partner affiliates. There is an affiliates information form, you can print out and fill out for all of your affiliates, then you will be able to flip through and see what affiliates are interested, which ones have attended a presentation/meeting, and which ones are signed up. This way if there is someone you contacted a month ago, but never got a contract from, you can reach out again. Or if you need a reminder to send a newly enrolled affiliate an email update or new training update email each month, you will have a way to keep track of your progress.

Affiliates' Contracts Binder
This book binder will be to keep your records of all your business partner affiliate's signed contracts. There is an affiliates contract form, you can print out and fill out for all of your affiliates, then you will be able to flip through and see what affiliates are on your team. You don't need to get contracts from Affiliates, but it makes the process more professional. The affiliate will have more concrete information and you will find by them signing the contract, that they have agreed to a partnership that is financially lucrative for them and for yourself.
Please download this Affiliate Contract form to your computer and print it out as many times as you need. You can either have them sign the contract at the presentation meeting at their office or if they agreed to be an affiliate without meeting in person, then you can email it to them, they can sign it, scan it, and attach it to an email they send back to you.
And then you can print off the signed contract, hole punch it, and put it in your binder. Also put a title on the front of the binder that says AFFILIATES CONTRACTS.
