He has over 30 years of experience as a trainer and personnel management analyst. He has a Bachelor’s Degree in Business, a Master’s Degree in Administration, and a Doctor of Education Degree from Pepperdine University in Organizational Leadership with special emphasis in life purpose, creative goal setting, and career planning. His research interest is life purpose as it relates to work.
